Military / LE Courses
Tactical Ranch® offers a wide array of military training solutions. Our courses are Mission-Focued and based on the fundamentals; ensuring the customer recieves dynamic training and increased readiness. Our instructor cadre hail from the U.S. Military Special Operations comunity (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines); all possessing extensive down-range-time. Combat Marksmanship Courses
Tactical Ranch offers multiple Military Maksmanship courses. Our courses are designed to increase individual and/or small unit battle-readiness in emerging tactical situations. Students will receive instruction in fundamentals of combat marksmanship through combat applications of individual and team skills. Our courses are desigend to be modular for specific militaty unit missions (METL) and may be included as a module in other contracted training courses.
Combat Marksmanship instructed techniques include; proper employment of cover, close quarter engagement techniques, shooting through glass, vehicle interdiction / assault, obstacle breach, high angle shooting, failure drills, threat engagement techniques, low & no-light techniques, moving target engagements. Each course encompasses dynamic performance oriented and scenario based exercises which require the students to engage single and multiple threats in emerging situations.
These courses are derived from U.S. Special Forces combat and precision firearms instruction and Special Operations Forces pre-deployment weapons and tactics techniques. All courses are conducted by SOF qualified personnel. Both Military and Law Enforcement will increase individual and unit readiness through any or all of these courses.

Mobile Force Protection / Counter-Ambush Course
The MFP-CA course objective is to further enhance troop individual and collective Mobile Force Protection & Counter Ambush technique proficiency through an intense, realistic and performance orientated course of instruction and situational based drills.
In today’s asymmetrical warfare environment, insurgent groups have capitalized on an often overlooked and less trained aspect of combat operations; Mounted Movements.
Vulnerabilities during individual vehicle and convoy movement present opportunity to enemy elements; IED’s, hasty and deliberate ambushes have proved highly effective and deadly to US Forces.
TR's Mobile Force Protection - Counter Ambush Course is derived by US Special Forces pre-mission training standards. TR has provided this instruction to U.S. Army Special Operations Forces, US Air Force Para-Rescue and Air Advisory Teams as well as Federal Agencies.

Combat Skills Readiness Course
The CSR course is designed to instruct and reinforce crucial small unit tactics in infantry and scout-like military elements. From dismounted fundamentals to Immediate Action Drills (IAD's), this course increases battle readiness through an intense 4-day period of instruction. The course provides military units and its personnel with rural patrolling skills instruction, reinforcement of Small Unit Tactics, SOPs and scenario shoot drills replicating those faced by our forces soldiers operating in today’s High Threat environment Areas of Operations (AOR).
Our curriculum is derived in-part from the U.S. Army Special Forces pre-deployment skills certification as well as our operators / instructors vast Special Operations Forces backgrounds.

Personal Security Detail (PSD) Course
This 5-day course provides Military, Law Enforcement and Private Security professionals the skills necessary to conduct PSD operations in Semi and Non-permissive environments. The student will advance through intermediate aspects of Personal Security Detail operations in support of their specific organization and mission. Students graduating this course will be prepared to execute this demanding and often under-trained skill set. Utilizing Tactical Ranch’s (U.S. Special Operations) personnel and combat proven Special Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), the course will provide individuals and tactical elements essential skills to serve as a protective detail member. Our instructors have extensive High Risk Security Operations (HRSO) experience. Our cadre has served on PSD’s around the world and understands the fluid nature security operations. This course may be tailored for specific unit requirements.
Agent Survivabilty Course
5-day course designed for overt and covert intelligence / investigative agents whom operate in small elements or a stands-alone-profile where Operational Security (OPSEC) and individual Force Protection measures is often the responsibility of the agent/s. The Agent Survivability Course instructs effective hasty and deliberate defensive and force protective techniques designed to preserve mission integrity and agent survival.
This short duration course not only instructs highly effective techniques, but also employs multiple performance-orientated and scenario-based exercises designed to test the agents ability to take decisive action in various emerging situations.
Firearms Instructor Course
This 5-day course provides the skills necessary to develop, instruct and sustain a firearms training program for law enforcement, military, security and/or tactical units. The student will gain proficiency in his / her weapon competence and learn basic thru advance training methods to promote safe and effective combat marksmanship within their assigned department / unit.
